Announcement: Check out the IVTSF's open volunteer positions!
IVTSF is dedicated not only to advancing research and support in vanishing twin syndrome and multifetal loss, but also to maintaining the highest standards of financial accountability. Our annual Form 990-PF filings reflect how funds are allocated to research initiatives, educational resources, patient-provider tools, and organizational development. We encourage community members and supporters to review these filings as part of our ongoing commitment to openness and ethical governance.
In 2025, the IVTSF operated as a newly established private foundation. During this foundational year:
All operational expenses were fully covered through founder investment.
No external grants, major contributions, or investment income were received.
No compensation was paid to any IVTSF board members, research advisors, contractors, or other personnel.
No grants were distributed during the year.
The Foundation remained compliant with federal private foundation filing requirements under IRS Form 990-PF.
As a result, the IVTSF closed 2025 with a structure focused on organizational setup, compliance, and infrastructure development, laying the groundwork for future research, education, and programmatic initiatives.
