Announcement: Check out the IVTSF's open volunteer positions!
The International Vanishing Twin Syndrome Foundation (IVTSF) welcomes inquiries from researchers, clinicians, educators, institutions, and advocacy organizations seeking to collaborate on projects aligned with our mission.
Our work centers on improving understanding, care, language, and support for individuals and families affected by vanishing twin syndrome and other forms of multiple loss. We are particularly interested in collaborations that:
Advance ethical, trauma-informed research
Center lived experience and survivor voice
Improve clinical practice, education, or policy
Expand global awareness and equity in care
Translate evidence into practical tools and resources
If you are developing a study, educational initiative, creative project, or community program related to these goals, we invite you to reach out.
All requests are reviewed by the IVTSF Board of Directors to ensure alignment with our mission, values, and current capacity. Please note:
The IVTSF Board reviews external requests on a rolling basis
You can expect an initial response within 2–4 weeks of submission
Not all requests can be accommodated, particularly those requiring formal sponsorship, funding, or regulatory oversight beyond our scope
When appropriate, we may suggest alternative pathways or forms of support
To submit a request, please include the following information:
A brief description of your project or inquiry, including any IRB/ethics approvals and related documentation
